A Message from the PTA President
Dear Sangster Families,
The annual West Springfield Pyramid Challenge is now open for registration. This is a free event open to all Sangster students. The fun run will take place on Saturday, November 16 at 10 a.m. You can register your runners here.
Don’t forget to get your Boo Bags! These are on sale now through October 18 and pickup will take place on October 28 from 4–5:30!

Reflections 2024/2025: Accepting Imperfection
We are excited to invite you to explore our 2024–2025 Reflections theme, “Accepting Imperfection” at PTA.org/Reflections! Get inspired for a new Reflections program and show your excitement using the tag #PTAReflections. Students submit their original works of art in any or all of the available arts categories and participate in the appropriate division for their grade: Primary (Pre-K–Grade 2), Intermediate (Grades 3–5), Middle (Grades 6–8), Accessible Arts (all grades welcome).
Entrants should upload both their entry form and their piece to this DropBox.
NOTE: Please label entries and forms as follows: student last name.student firstname.school.category.age division.artwork title.

Scripps Spelling Bee
Register your child for the Scripps National Spelling Bee at Sangster! The 2025 Sangster Scripps Spelling Bee is open to 3rd through 6th grade students and will be held at Sangster
Cafeteria on Thursday, February 6, 2025, 6:00–9:00 p.m.
Registration for the Sangster Bee is open now! All interested students must register in advance for the Bee.
Final day of registrations is Sunday, December 15, 2024.
